CHAP. 613.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emily Chapman. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 5568](/us/bill/58/hr/5568).][[Private, No. 559](/us/pvtl/58/559).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEmily Chapman.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily Chapman, widow of Martin V.
Chapman, late of Company G, Third Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death*Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child. of Mary M. Chapman, blind and dependent child of said Martin V. Chapman, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, March 16, 1904.
