CHAP. 61.— An Act Granting a pension to Lola Qualls. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 10945](/us/bill/58/hr/10945).][[Private, No. 39](/us/pvtl/58/39).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lola Qualls.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lola Qualls, helpless and dependent daughter of James M. Qualls, late of Company I, First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1905.
