CHAP. 609.— An Act Granting a pension to William Penn Mack. February 20, 1905.[[S. 2193](/us/bill/58/s/2193).][[Private, No. 524](/us/pvtl/58/524).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theWilliam Penn Mack.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Penn Mack, late of Company E, Fiftieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid him without deduction on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
