CHAP. 60.— An Act Granting a pension to Hiram Baird. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 5436](/us/bill/58/hr/5436).][[Private, No. 38](/us/pvtl/58/38).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hiram Baird.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hiram Baird, late of Company B, First Regiment East. Tennessee National Guards Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1905.
