W. Montague and Company.Duplicate check issued to.That C. A. Devol, major and quartermaster, United States Army, be, and he is hereby, instructed to issue a duplicate of an original check issued by him on the second 1835day of February, nineteen hundred and four, numbered one hundred and fifty-six thousand and seventeen, upon the assistant treasurer of the United States at San Francisco, in favor of W.
W. Montague and Company, of San Francisco, California, for the sum of two thousand six hundred and fourteen dollars and forty-six cents, under such regulations in regard to its issue and payment as have been prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury for the issue of duplicate checks under the provisions of section thirty-six hundred and forty-six, Revised[R. S., sec. 3646, p. 717](/us/rs/s3646/p717) Statutes of the United States. Approved, February 20, 1905.
