CHAP. 596.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry H. Barrett. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 4589](/us/bill/58/hr/4589).][[Private, No. 542](/us/pvtl/58/542).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHenry H. Barrett.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry H. Barrett, late of Captain R. L. Williams’s company, Ninth Regiment Oregon Militia Volunteers, Oregon Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 16, 1904.
