CHAP. 594.— An Act For the relief of James Denton. February 20, 1905.[[S. 4079](/us/bill/58/s/4079).][[Private, No. 509](/us/pvtl/58/509).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the TreasuryJames Denton.Credit in accounts of. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit James Denton, collector of internal revenue for the eighth district of Kentucky, with the sum of fifty-seven thousand one hundred and eighty-nine dollars and seventy-seven cents (loss of tax-paid spirit stamps of the amount of forty-nine thousand four hundred and one dollars, and stubs or coupons to the amount of seven thousand seven hundred and eighty-eight dollars and seventy-seven cents) for stamps charged to him and lost in transit.
