CHAP. 59.— An Act Granting a pension to Jennie Petteys. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 5341](/us/bill/58/hr/5341).][[Private, No. 37](/us/pvtl/58/37).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Jennie Petteys.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie Petteys, widow of William F. Petteys, late unassigned, Fifteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1905.
