CHAP. 584.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac Frazier. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 3936](/us/bill/58/hr/3936).][[Private, No. 530](/us/pvtl/58/530).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theIsaac Frazier.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaac Frazier, late of Company B, Tenth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
