CHAP. 583.— An Act For the relief of Civil Engineer P. C. Asserson, retired. February 17, 1905.[[S. 3218](/us/bill/58/s/3218).][[Private, No. 507](/us/pvtl/58/507).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust theP. C. Asserson.To receive full pay for active service. pay of and pay to Civil Engineer Peter C. Asserson, United States Navy, retired, the full amount of the retired pay of a rear-admiral of the nine lower numbers for the time he has been on active duty since his retirement with that rank and whenever hereafter he shall be employed on active duty.
