CHAP. 581.— An Act For the construction of a private conduit across D street northwest. February 17, 1905. [[S. 6923](/us/bill/58/s/6923).] [[Public, No. 75](/us/pl/58/75).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Commissioners of District of Columbia. S. Kann, Sons & Co. may lay conduit across D street. the District of Columbia be, and they are hereby, authorized to grant permission to S. Kann, Sons and Company to lay a conduit for the transmission of electric power and a pipe for the transmission of steam power from their store building in square four hundred and thirty-two to their store building in square four hundred and thirty-one across D street, between Seventh and Eighth streets northwest, Washington, District of Columbia, under the regulations and subject to the limitations prescribed in the Act entitled “An Act regulating permits for Vol. 31, p. 217. private conduits in the District of Columbia,” approved May twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
Sec. 2. Congress reserves the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Amendment. Act. Approved, February 17, 1905.
