CHAP. 580.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Daniel Nagle, junior. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 3402](/us/bill/58/hr/3402).][[Private, No. 526](/us/pvtl/58/526).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theDaniel Nagle, jr.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel Nagle, junior, late of Company B, First Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
