CHAP. 570.— An Act For the relief of David V. Howell. February 9, 1905.[[H. R. 3619](/us/bill/58/hr/3619).][[Private, No. 504](/us/pvtl/58/504).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the David V. Howell.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to return and repay to David V. Howell, of Monroe, Orange County, New York, the sum of one thousand seven hundred and forty-two dollars, being a part of the penalties assessed against the said David V.
Howell for his alleged failure to complete in time certain contracts for work done at Bridgeport Harbor, Connecticut, light-house; Plum Island, New York, light-house, and at Point Comfort, New Jersey, light station; and that 1833said sum of one thousand seven hundred and forty-two dollars is hereby appropriated out of any other fund or funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, February 9, 1905.
