CHAP. 57.— An Act Granting a pension to Frederick W. Tappmeyer. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 3712](/us/bill/58/hr/3712).][[Private, No. 35](/us/pvtl/58/35).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Frederick W. Tappmeyer.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick W. Tappmeyer, late of Company E, Thirty-fourth Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1905.
