CHAP. 569.— An Act For the relief of H. B. Wise. February 9, 1905.[[H. R. 14906](/us/bill/58/hr/14906).][[Private, No. 503](/us/pvtl/58/503).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry B. Wise.Granted honorable discharge.That Henry B. Wise, who served under the name of Henry W. Bach, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as captain of Company H, Thirty-ninth Regiment United States Colored Infantry, on the twentieth day of July,*Proviso.*No pay, etc. eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
