CHAP. 568.— An Act For the relief of the Gull River Lumber Company, its assigns or successors in interest. February 9, 1905.[[H. R. 14351](/us/bill/58/hr/14351).][[Private, No. 502](/us/pvtl/58/502).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Gull River Lumber Company.Lands in Minnesota quitclaimed to.That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge, and deliver, in the name of the United States of America, to the Gull River Lumber Company, its assigns or successors in interest, a deed of quitclaim and release, quitclaiming and releasing all the right, title, and interest of the United States of America in and to the following real property, lying and being in the county of Cass, in the State of Description.Minnesota, and described as follows:
Lots one, two, three, four, and five of section twenty, in township one hundred and thirty-five north, of range twenty-nine west. Approved, February 9, 1905.
