CHAP. 565.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Franklin Ferguson. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 1485](/us/bill/58/hr/1485).][[Private, No. 511](/us/pvtl/58/511).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theFranklin Ferguson.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1409 laws, the name of Franklin Ferguson, late of Company C, Seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
