CHAP. 563.— An Act To confirm title to lot five, in square south of square numbered nine hundred and ninety, in Washington, District of Columbia. February 9, 1905. [[S. 6375](/us/bill/58/s/6375).] [[Public, No. 62](/us/pl/58/62).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, District of Columbia. Lot 5, in square south of square 990. Title confirmed to occupants of. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the records of the War Department in respect to lot five, in square south of square numbered nine hundred and ninety, mentioned in Senate Document Numbered Thirty-one, Fifty-sixth Congress, second session (being a resolution of the Senate of January twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, a letter from the Chief of Engineers, together with list of lots in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, the title to Proof of occupancy required. which the records of his office show to be in the United States), upon the filing by the actual occupants of the lot mentioned in said document sufficient proof that the said occupants or the party under whom they claim have been in actual possession of the said lot for an uninterrupted period of twenty years, so that the records shall show the title to said lot to be in the said occupants.
