CHAP. 560.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Marab E. Powell. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 1005](/us/bill/58/hr/1005).][[Private, No. 506](/us/pvtl/58/506).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMarab E. Powell.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marab E.
Powell, widow of William H. Powell, late colonel Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 16, 1904.
