CHAP. 557.— An Act Granting a pension to Ann M. Driggars. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 877](/us/bill/58/hr/877).][[Private, No. 503](/us/pvtl/58/503).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAnn M. Driggars.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann M. Driggars, widow of Daniel T. Driggars, late of Captain Evans’s company, Georgia Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 16, 1904.
