CHAP. 55.— An Act Granting a pension to Nancy S. Marsh. January 30, 1904.[[S. 484](/us/bill/58/s/484).][[Private, No. 44](/us/pvtl/58/44).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theNancy S. Marsh.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy S. Marsh, widow of Luther R. Marsh, late unassigned, Twelfth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 30, 1904.
