CHAP. 538.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Tate. March 11, 1904.[[H. R. 10741](/us/bill/58/hr/10741).][[Private, No. 492](/us/pvtl/58/492).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary Tate.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Tate, widow of Payton Tate, late of Company I, Third Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 11, 1904.
