CHAP. 534.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry Austin. March 11, 1904.[[H. R. 9683](/us/bill/58/hr/9683).][[Private, No. 488](/us/pvtl/58/488).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHenry Austin.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Austin, late of Battery F, First Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 11, 1904.
