CHAP. 524.— An Act Granting a pension to Caroline Hurley. March 11, 1904.[[H. R. 7559](/us/bill/58/hr/7559).][[Private, No. 478](/us/pvtl/58/478).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theCaroline Hurley.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Caroline Hurley, widow of Milton Hurley, late of Company F, Thirteenth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 11, 1904.
