CHAP. 523.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Warren P. Tenney. February 6, 1905.[[S. 5961](/us/bill/58/s/5961).][[Private, No. 477](/us/pvtl/58/477).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Warren P. Tenney.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Warren P.
Tenney, late of Company H, Tenth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, Twenty-fourth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 6, 1905.
