CHAP. 520.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen F. Lynch. March 11, 1904.[[H. R. 7063](/us/bill/58/hr/7063).][[Private, No. 474](/us/pvtl/58/474).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled*, Ellen F. Lynch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen F.
Lynch, widow of John Lynch, late second lieutenant Company I, One hundred and sixty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and of the United States ships Tonawanda and Marion, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 11, 1904.
