CHAP. 510.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James McKim. February 6, 1905.[[S. 5815](/us/bill/58/s/5815).][[Private, No. 464](/us/pvtl/58/464).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJames McKim.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James McKim, late second and first lieutenant, Sixth Regiment, and captain, Thirty-ninth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollar, per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
