CHAP. 51.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Beattie. January 30, 1904.[[S. 458](/us/bill/58/s/458).][[Private, No. 40](/us/pvtl/58/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles Beattie.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension.roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Beattie, late first lieutenant Company F, Fourteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
