CHAP. 509.— An Act For the relief of Joseph M. Simms, captain, United States Revenue-Cutter Service (retired). March 11, 1904.[[S. 833.](/us/bill/58/s/833)][[Private, No. 463](/us/pvtl/58/463).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Joseph M. Simms.To receive full retired pay of captain, Revenue-Cutter Service. That Captain Joseph M. Simms, United States Revenue-Cutter Service (retired), having been promoted “for meritorious acts of public service and wounds-received in the United States service, as appears upon the public records of the volunteer service of the Army and Navy and of the Revenue-Cutter Service,” shall hereafter receive the full retired pay of his said rank.
