CHAP. 507.— An Act For the relief of N. F. Palmer, junior, and Company. March 11, 1904.[[S. 334](/us/bill/58/s/334).][[Private, No. 461](/us/pvtl/58/461).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to N. F. Palmer, junior,N. F. Palmer, jr., and Company.Payment to. and Company the sum of sixty-three thousand six hundred and twenty dollars and fifty-nine cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full of their claim for damages and losses incurred in the construction of the armored cruiser Maine, that being the amount recommended to be paid by the Secretary of the Navy.
