CHAP. 492.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jeanie G. Lyles. February 6, 1905.[[S. 5455](/us/bill/58/s/5455).][[Private, No. 446](/us/pvtl/58/446).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJeanie G. Lyles.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeanie G.
Lyles, dependent mother of Thomas C. Lyles, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and De Witt C. Lyles, late first lieutenant, Twentieth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 6, 1905.
