CHAP. 486.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Martin. February 6, 1905.[[S. 4823](/us/bill/58/s/4823).][[Private, No. 440](/us/pvtl/58/440).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary Martin.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Martin, widow of William Martin, late of captain J.
H. Winbush’s company, Virginia Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 6, 1905.
