CHAP. 482.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nellie B. Newton. February 6, 1905.[[S. 4660](/us/bill/58/s/4660).][[Private, No. 436](/us/pvtl/58/436).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theNellie B. Newton.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws,the name of Nellie B.
Newton, widow of John Newton, late captain, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said John Newton until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 6, 1905.
