CHAP. 463.— An Act Granting a pension to William Conover. March 8, 1904.[[S. 2966](/us/bill/58/s/2966).][[Private, No. 423](/us/pvtl/58/423).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the William Conover.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension tlaws, the name of William Conover, late of Company B, Second Regiment, California Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 8, 1904.
