CHAP. 458.— An Act Granting a pension to Sarah Jane Simonds. February 6, 1905.[[S. 355](/us/bill/58/s/355).][[Private, No. 412](/us/pvtl/58/412).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSarah Jane Simonds.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Jane Simonds, widow of William E.
Simonds, late second lieutenant Company I, Twenty-fifth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, February 6, 1905.
