CHAP. 45.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joel C. Shepherd. January 30, 1904.[[S. 99](/us/bill/58/s/99).][[Private, No. 34](/us/pvtl/58/34).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Joel C. Shepherd.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1303laws, the name of Joel C.
Shepherd, late of Company D, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 30, 1904.
