CHAP. 446.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jeremiah Connor, alias James Boone. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 16894](/us/bill/58/hr/16894).][[Private, No. 404](/us/pvtl/58/404).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jeremiah Connor, alias James Boone.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeremiah Connor, alias James Boone, late of the U.
S. S. North Carolina and Monticello, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1905.
