CHAP. 446.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles R. Collins. March 8, 1904.[[S. 2200](/us/bill/58/s/2200).][[Private, No. 406](/us/pvtl/58/406).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Charles R. Collins.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles R.
Collins, late of Company B, Tenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 8, 1904.
