CHAP. 443.— An Act Granting a pension to Ashley C. Riggs. March 8, 1904.[[S. 2122](/us/bill/58/s/2122).][[Private, No. 403](/us/pvtl/58/403).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ashley C. Riggs.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1385pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ashley C. Riggs, late of Captain James M. Morgan’s company, Iowa Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 8, 1904.
