CHAP. 439.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfreda B. Coburn. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 16666](/us/bill/58/hr/16666).][[Private, No. 397](/us/pvtl/58/397).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Alfreda B. Coburn.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfreda B.
Coburn, widow of Charles R. Coburn, late of Company D, Thirteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per Provisos.Increase to cease on death of child.month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Lillian S. Coburn, helpless and dependent child of said Charles R. Coburn, the additional pension herein granted shall Pension to child on death of mother.cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Alfreda B.
Coburn, the name of said Lillian S. Coburn shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Alfreda B. Coburn. Approved, February 4, 1905.
