CHAP. 432.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Hahn. March 8, 1904.[[S. 1591](/us/bill/58/s/1591).][[Private, No. 392](/us/pvtl/58/392).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James Hahn.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Hahn, late first lieutenant Company H, Forty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
