CHAP. 428.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary A. Hughes. March 8, 1904.[[S. 1392](/us/bill/58/s/1392).][[Private, No. 388](/us/pvtl/58/388).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Mary A. Hughes.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A.
Hughes, widow of Thomas F. Hughes, late captain, Sixteenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 8, 1904.
