CHAP. 426.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Gwyn. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 16194](/us/bill/58/hr/16194).][[Private, No. 384](/us/pvtl/58/384).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJames Gwyn.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Gwyn, late colonel One hundred and eighteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
