CHAP. 425.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary S. Clark. March 8, 1904.[[S. 935](/us/bill/58/s/935).][[Private, No. 385](/us/pvtl/58/385).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary S. Clark.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1381laws, the name of Mary S. Clark, widow of William H. Clark, late second lieutenant Company G, Eighth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, March 8, 1904.
