CHAP. 416.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emeline F. Emmons. March 8, 1904.[[S. 562](/us/bill/58/s/562).][[Private, No. 376](/us/pvtl/58/376).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emeline F. Emmons.Poncion increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1379laws, the name of Emeline F.
Emmons, widow of George W. Emmons, late captain Company G, Third Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 8, 1904.
