CHAP. 409.— An Act Granting a pension to Margaret La Parle. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 15864](/us/bill/58/hr/15864).][[Private, No. 367](/us/pvtl/58/367).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMargaret La Parle.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret La Parle, widow of Eli La Parle, late of Company C, Seventh Regiment, and Company B, First Regiment, Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
