CHAP. 400.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma L. Nagle. March 5, 1904.[[H. R. 6085](/us/bill/58/hr/6085).][[Private, No. 361](/us/pvtl/58/361).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Emma L. Nagle.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma L.
Nagle, widow of Frederick Nagle, late of Company I, Third Regiment, Potomac Home Brigade, Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 5, 1904.
