CHAP. 398.— An Act Granting a pension to Mallie Gwynn. March 5, 1904.[[H. R. 2019](/us/bill/58/hr/2019).][[Private, No. 359](/us/pvtl/58/359).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Mallie Gwynn.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mallie Gwynn, widow of Jonathan Gwynn, late of Light Battery Mississippi Marine Brigade, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 5, 1904.
