CHAP. 389.— An Act For the relief of Serenus Kilbourne. March 2, 1904.[[H. R. 8748](/us/bill/58/hr/8748).][[Private, No. 336](/us/pvtl/58/336).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Serenus Kilbourne.Honorable discharge granted. That Serenus Kilbourne, of Battery L, First United States Artillery, shall be held not to have deserted on July thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, but shall be held to have been discharged as of that date, and that the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to issue to him an honorable discharge in accordance herewith: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other *Proviso.*No pay, etc.emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
