CHAP. 387.— An Act Granting a pension to Kearney May. February 4, 1905.[[H. R. 14919](/us/bill/58/hr/14919).][[Private, No. 345](/us/pvtl/58/345).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Kearney May.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kearney May, helpless and dependent son of Thomas 1797 May, late of Company H, Forty-fifth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid to his legally appointed and qualified guardian.
